1. Method of collection and nature of data processed
1.1 - The data may be collected in the following ways: by sending an email to hi@zebrah.it or by filling in the form at the web address: https://www.zebrah.it/contatti 1.2 - The data collected in the manner referred to in point 1.1.a) will consist of the sender's email address, the content of the email and any attachments,1.3 - The data collected in the manner referred to in point 1.1.b) will consist of the information collected through the form (name and surname, company name, subject, and content of the message). This data shall be deemed to have been voluntarily provided by the Interested Party - also with regard to the lawfulness of its use if it does not refer to the Interested Party - on the basis of the conclusive conduct consisting in filling in the form or sending the e-mail message.1.4 - The data to be provided shall be limited to common data, the sending of sensitive or judicial data being expressly prohibited.1.5 - In this regard, please do not include sensitive or judicial data in your e-mail or attachments. Otherwise, without this implying any liability for the Data Controller, the latter shall destroy the form, in the absence of the prior written consent of the data subject to be sent to the Data Controller, by printing, completing and sending this form.1.6 - By entering the e-mail address of the person with whom he or she wishes to share the advice, the data subject declares that he or she may lawfully use such data for the necessary purposes, relieving the Data Controller of any prejudicial consequences of any nature whatsoever.
2. Purpose of processing and consequences of refusal
2.1 - The data provided voluntarily by the interested party in the manner indicated in point 2 will be used exclusively to verify the e-mail received or to reply to the request for information, possibly sharing them with the person indicated.2.2 - Consent to the provision of such data is not compulsory. Any refusal, in whole or in part, inaccurate or untrue, may make it impossible for the Controller to provide an adequate and correct response.2.3 - Consent may be revoked at any time by the interested party.
3. METHODS OF TREATMENT
3.1 - Data will be processed electronically. The processing of the data will be based on the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency, protection of the confidentiality and rights of the data subject in full compliance with the regulations in force.For purely organisational and functional requirements, we have appointed a number of service providers, responsible for the management of the Zebrah site, as external processors of the users' personal data for purposes strictly connected and related to the management of the Site. The external data processors can be requested by contacting us at info@blind-spot.eu.
4. Scope of access by the holder's organisational structure
4.1. - Within the organisational structure of the Data Controller, the personal data of the data subject may be consulted by the persons expressly appointed as Data Processors or as Persons in charge for the aforesaid purpose.
5. Scope of data dissemination and communication
5.1 - Personal data, the subject of this notice, will not be disclosed or disseminated.
6. Rights of the data subject and cancellation procedures
6.1 - With the communication to be sent to hi@zebrah.it, you may at any time exercise your rights under Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR, including the right of the data subject to request from the data controller 'access to personal data and rectification or erasure of such data or restriction of processing concerning him or her or to object to its processing, as well as the right to data portability'.
7. Duration of treatment
7.1 - Processing shall be for the time strictly necessary to reply to the email and for the possible establishment of communication with the sender, without prejudice to any processing operations following the termination of the relationship and arising from applicable legal obligations, or from the need to handle any disputes.

9. Obligations and declarations of the person concerned
For all legal purposes, the Data Controller acknowledges that the Data Subject, having read, understood and fully accepted this information notice, has consciously and voluntarily provided the data, guaranteeing its lawfulness, correctness, integrity, truthfulness and the possibility to dispose of it and fully relieving him/her from any related request of any nature coming from third parties. No responsibility can be attributed to the Data Controller should the data provided not be lawful, correct, complete, truthful. In this regard, the Data Subject waives any action against the Controller in this regard. Sending the email shall be considered as a conclusive behaviour to acknowledge, understand, accept this clause as well as indemnity and waiver of any legal effect.
